Megan Hanson

Megan Sue Hanson, age 29, of Erie passed away Monday, February 21, 2022 at St. Vincent Hospital. She was born January 28, 1993 in Erie the daughter of Daniel Hanson, Sr. and Virginia Keller Hanson. A lifelong resident of Erie, Megan was a graduate of the Barber National Institute and was a client of Erie Homes for Children and Adults (EHCA).

Megan was preceded in death by an infant sister, Marie Hanson.

Besides her parents, she is survived by a sister, Michelle Hanson of Erie; four brothers, Michael Keller of Erie, Matthew Keller of Harborcreek, Mark Hanson (Heather) of Harborcreek and Mitchell Hanson of San Antonio, TX. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Megan’s family would like to thank the staff at EHCA for the wonderful care they provided to her through the years.

Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Quinn Funeral Home, West 9^th & Liberty St. Following the service, the family will receive friends until 4:00 PM and also from 6-8 PM. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
