Mary Rounds

Mary E. Rounds, age 61, of Erie, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Sarah A. Reed Retirement Center.

She was born in Erie on April 20th, 1955, the daughter of Helen D. Rounds and the late Thomas S. Rounds.

Mary loved and adored her “kitten kids,” Smokey, Cleo and Chloe.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her Uncle William Rounds.

Besides her Mother, she is survived by her brother Thomas B. Rounds (Donna) of Youngsville, PA; two sisters Patty Morgan of Hernando, FL and Beverly Rounds of Erie; her niece Ashley Gregory and husband William of East Springfield and her nephew Nicholas (Lindsey) Rounds of Waterford, PA; Nieces Kim Martin (Danny) of Cleveland, OH and Jenny Johnson (Tommy) of Dallas, TX; She is further survived by Michael Miller and Arthur Bower, both of Youngsville, PA. Mary also leaves to cherish in memory, several grand nieces and nephews as well as neighbors Chuck and Marilyn and Trish and family.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home 602 West 10th Street on Sunday, December 4th from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., and are invited to a service at St. Joseph Church, 147 West 24th Street, Erie, on Monday, December 5th at 10:00 a.m. with Father Larry Richards officiating. Burial to follow in Mary Queen of Peace Cemetery.
