Mary Jane Moyer

Mary Jane Watkins Moyer, 54, of Erie, died on Monday, October 19, 2015, at St. Vincent Hospital.  She was born on September 29, 1961, in Erie, daughter of the late Marie P. Watkins Watson.  A 1979 graduate of Tech Memorial High School, Mary Jane worked as a Certified Nurses Aid for the Sisters of St. Joseph for 22 years.  More recently, after earning a Medical Assistant Degree from Fortis Institute, she worked for Podiatry Associates of Erie.  
     In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, William R. Watson and a brother, John Watkins.
     Survivors include four sons, John E. Moyer II, Jason E. Moyer, James M. Moyer and Anthony C. Ingro, all of Erie; a brother, Patrick O'Reilly and wife Rosemarie of Erie; eleven grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
     Friends may call at the Scott Funeral Home, 2104 Myrtle Street, Thursday from 2 p.m. until the time of a funeral service there at 4 p.m.  The Rev. Gene Kennett of Interfaith Worship Center will officiate.  Memorials may be made to the family in care of the Scott Funeral Home, 2104 Myrtle Street, Erie, PA 16502.
