Mary Jane Mcclellan

Mary Jane McClellan, age 86, went home to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Pleasant Ridge Manor.

She was born in Titusville on May 23^rd, 1931 daughter of the late Edgar H. and Helen Peeble Daye.

Mary Jane was a homemaker and a mother.  She was a member of the First Alliance Church in Lawrence Park.  She enjoyed reading, cooking, singing and children.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Melvin E. Bob McClellan,; a son, Marshall McClellan; her brother Hank Daye; her sister Jean Rossner of Titusville. and her step-father Gilson Taylor.

She is survived by her children, Michael  McClellan of Naples, FL, Melonie Callahan of Durham, NC, Matthew McClellan of Erie, Mace McClellan also of Erie, Mia Jean Ann Minnick of Durham, NC and Mary Karns of Efland, NC.  She is further survived by her brother James Daye of Brewer, MA.

Friends may call at Burton Westlake Funeral Home, 3801 West 26^th Street (at Powell Avenue,) on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 5:00 p.m. with Rev. James Lynn officiating.
