Mary Ann Shinn

Mary Ann (Cranmer) Shinn, age 81, died at home on Thursday, April 12, 2018 in Erie, PA after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on January 26, 1937, she was the daughter of Raymond and Beatrice Cranmer and step-father Joseph Inman.

Mary Ann graduated from Manahawkin (NJ) High School. She was a dedicated mother and wife and retired from Blair Corporation in Warren, PA in 1993.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Roy Sr., son, Roy Jr. (Ginny) of Edinboro, daughter Robin Gorton (Harvey) of Clarendon, grandchildren Jaime, Sarah, Charlie, Kyle, Jake, and Steven, and great-grandson Leo.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Regional Cancer Center and Hospice of Erie for their kindness and compassion.
