Mark D. Watson

July 21, 1957 — April 14, 2023

Mark D. Watson age 65, of Millcreek Township, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

He was born in Pittsburgh on July 21, 1957, a son of the late Thomas and Elizabeth “Betty” (O’Connell) Watson.

Mark loved spending time with his family, he was especially proud of his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed working outside on the lawn and in his vegetable garden. Mark enjoyed fishing, history, reading and spending time at the beach. He loved his pets and will be greatly missed by Stanley, Angel and his canine sidekick Rosie. Mark was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Mark played an integral part in taking care of his mother-in-law Donna for many years during her battle with Alzheimer’s and was a support beyond words during this time.

He is survived by his loving wife, Angela Watson; four children, Megan Watson, Andrew “Andy” Watson (Kelly), Kevin Manginelli and Joseph Manginelli; grandchildren, Kiana, Lilly, Tommy and Rowan, two brothers, Tom Watson (Jan) and Doug Watson (Lois). He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. 

Arrangements are under the care of the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, West Ridge 3801 W. 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506.
