Marie Lipphardt

Marie A Lipphardt, age 87, Fairview, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2022 at St. Mary’s Asbury Ridge.

She was born on July 12, 1935, a daughter of the late Albert and Mary Balon. 

Marie was a franchise owner of H&R Block and a long time member of Fairview Presbyterian Church. She was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and enjoyed reading, gardening and spending time with her family. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Earl Lipphardt in 2014 and a daughter, Karen Milewski in 2019; as well as her sisters, Beverly Mycoski, Arlene Cluggish, Sophia Tady, and Ceil Phillips.

Marie is survived by her daughter Sharon Murri (Keven) of Bessemer City, NC and son Earl Lipphardt Jr. (Emily) of Lawrence Township, NJ, and son in law, Ken Milewski of Fairview.  She is further survived by eight grandchildren:  Jennifer, Jessica, Laura, Alexandra, Nicole, Cassidy, Earl III, Kathryn, and many great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main Street East, Girard on Thursday, August 18^th from 11am until the time of her service at Noon with Pastor Chuck Cammarata officiating.

Burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
