Marcella Kohlhof

Marcella Jiracek Kohlhof age 92, of Erie and formerly of Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Saturday February 28, 2015. She was born on March 27, 1922 in Cleveland, OH a daughter of the late James and Rose Pav Jiracek.

She was a graduate of John Adams High School in Cleveland, OH and was a Bakery Clerk for many years at Andrews Bakery in FL and previously, she worked at Maggie’s Donuts in White Brothers Super Market in Middlefield, OH. She attended Grandview Alliance Church and enjoyed crafts, reading, and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Mervin C. Kohlhof and a sister Alice Scott.

She is survived by her daughter Vikki Lynn and her husband James of Erie; two grandchildren: Brenda Henry of Millcreek and Bryan Lynn of Florida; two great grandchildren: Amanda and Cory Henry; one great great grandchild, all of Erie; and one niece and one nephew.

Friends may call at the Burton Wintergreen Funeral Home, 2532 Norcross Rd., on Friday March 6, 2015 from 5pm until the time of service at 7pm. with her son-in-law, Rev James Lynn officiating. Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice, 719 Indiana Dr., Erie, PA 16505.
