Lois Baker

December 13, 1942 — June 4, 2017

Lois K. Baker, age 74 of Erie, PA died Sunday, June 4, 2017, one day after sharing her 52nd wedding anniversary with her husband, John.

She was born on December 13, 1942 in Erie, PA a daughter of the late Dominick and Helen Sebunia Koziarski.

She attended St. Stanislaus and graduated from St. Benedict High School.  Lois was employed for seven years at the Boston Store in the credit department.  She was also employed with the Times Publishing Company for 25 years, and was Manager of Advertising Collections.

Lois was an avid reader and did not slow down even when forced to read large type editions of best sellers.  She was renowned for her gardening and arrangement of artificial flowers.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother in law, Phil Pascarella.

Survivors include her husband John Baker; a sister, Margaret Pascarella, of Erie;two nieces, Gina Pascarella of Girard and Katherine Coyle (Jamie) of Pittsburgh, and two nephews, Michael Pascarella of Erie and Phillip Pascarella (Anna) of Philadelphia.

Private inurnment will be at the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Paul Columbarium.

Memorials may be made to the Niagara League, 150 East Front Street, Erie, PA 16507, or to Burton Funeral Home, 602 West 10th Street, Erie, PA 16502, in memory of Lois Baker.
