Lawrence Wright

Lawrence Malcolm Wright, age 44, of Erie, PA, passed away in his home. Wednesday, May 26, 2016.

Son of the late Lawrence H. Wright and Lucinda Wright.

Lawrence was a 1990 Graduate of McDowell High School. He was an artist and great comedian. He was working as a barber at VIP Styles in Pittsburgh, PA.

He had a passion for comedy and was pursuing his career as a comedian where he recently graduated from American Comedy Institute in New York City. Lawrence was a family man and loved his children and grandchildren.

Lawrence is survived by his wife of 25 years Betsy Wright. Five children: Tiana, Maxwell, Rahsaan, Alease, Sincere, his three grandchildren; Nyasia, Amira, and Hezekiah. Five Sisters; Angel, Christanne, Aleatha, Ebony, and Amber. Many nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Family and close friends may call on Saturday, June 4, 2016 from 11am until time of service, beginning at 1pm. Drew Snavley speaking.
