Kenneth E. Rehm age 99, of Erie, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at his residence following a long courageous battle with prostate cancer.
He was born in Erie on July 8, 1922 a son of the late Albert and Matilda Rehm.
Ken graduated from Academy High School and then went on to serve in the United States Army during the Korean War and WWII.
He started working for National Fuel and worked his way up to Manager where he was for many years.
Ken was a very generous and caring man who always enjoyed taking care of his family. He enjoyed working in his yard and woodworking and used those skills to make toys for Gifts for Kids for many years. He will be missed by all and especially by his “Little Brown Dog”. And as he would always say “Goodnight don’t let the bedbugs bite”!
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Clemens Rehm; a daughter, Cathy Crane; granddaughter, Kelly Kaiser and his siblings, Raymond and Norman Rehm, Mildred Bitters and Evelyn Elurich.
He is survived by a daughter, Deborah Rogers; two granddaughters, Jill Michalski (Mitch) of San Diego, CA and Jennifer Radzimski and a great grandson, Jackson Radzimski.
Services will be private by the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services 3801 W. 26th Street.
