Kenneth Rausch

Kenneth S. Rausch, age 53 of Erie, died Thursday, October 26, 2017 at his residence.

He was born in Warren, Ohio February 13, 1964, a son of Janet Garland Rausch and the late Eugene Rausch.

Ken graduated from Warren Western Reserve High School in Warren, OH, Class of 1982 and attended the University of Cincinnati majoring in Electrical Engineering. 

He was a Route Salesman for Frito Lay for 33 years.

Ken enjoyed the Cleveland Browns, NASCAR, country music, great barbecuing, and home improvements.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law Nancy Mando, maternal grandparents Ray and Jean Garland, and paternal grandparents Jack and Eleanor Rausch.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years Deborah Mando Rausch, children Jacob Rausch (Destiny), Chloe Webb (Tyler), and Austin Rausch, three grandchildren, MaKenna, Christian, and Anberlin Rausch, all of Erie; two brothers Micheal Rausch (Lisa), Columbus, OH, John Rausch (Christina), Newark, OH, three sisters Terri Gray, Warren, OH, Sherrie Hogan (Patrick) Warren, OH, and Bonnie Hackett (Donald) of Florida. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles also survive, along with many brothers- and sisters- in-law and his father-in-law Richard Mando, Sr. along with many dear friends.

Friends may call at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home, 3801 West 26^th Street on Sunday from 5:00 pm until the time of sharing there at 7:00 pm.

Memorials may be made to the Regional Cancer Center, 2500 West 12^th St., Erie PA 16505, and the West Lake Fire Department, 3762 Westlake Rd., Erie PA 16505.

The family would like to thank the staffs of AseraCare Hospice and The Regional Cancer Center, and his niece Amanda Beganics, who provided wonderful care, and also Westlake Middle School faculty and staff.
