Kathleen Lubiejewski

Kathleen Sue Lewis Lubiejewski age 64, of Erie, passed away quietly at home on Thursday, November 24, 2016.

She was born in Erie on December 7, 1951 a daughter of the late Carl and Elizabeth Fryer Lewis.

Kathleen was a graduate of Iroquois High School and worked for many years in health care in radiology support at UPMC Hamot. She was also a member of Our Lady of Mercy Church and enjoyed her involvement in a small faith group. Kathleen was a compassionate, caring person who loved her family more than anything.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, Richard Lubiejewski, along with two children; Leanne Peterson (Jeremy) of Erie and Thomas Erickson also of Erie. A stepdaughter Molly Lubiejewski of Harborcreek and a daughter-in-law, Jessica Erickson also remain along with four grandchildren; Emma and Bryce Peterson and Colton and Cameron Erickson; three sisters, Heidi Shull (Ken), Leslie Jackson (Jim), and Priscilla Lewis. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends will also miss her.

Family and friends may call at Burton Wintergreen Funeral Home, 2532 Norcross Rd., Erie, PA 16510 on Tuesday 2:00 pm till 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm till 9:00 pm and are invited to a memorial service there on Wednesday at 11:00 am.

Private inurnment at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
