Kathleen Dombrowski

Kathleen Louise Dombrowski, age 85, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013 in Kingman, Arizona.

Born in Erie in 1927, she was a daughter of the late John and Trudy Carey.

A graduate of St. Benedicts Academy, she was employed at Erie Insurance Exchange, and United Way as an administrative secretary.

With her husband of 49 years, "Jake" Dombrowski who died in 2009, they enjoyed vacationing in Mexico and dancing in the conga line.

Survivors include her son Ken of Kingman, AZ; her grandson Bert of Windsor, Canada; sisters Pat Casella and Maryann Carey, and a cousin Jerry Carey, all of Erie.

A funeral mass and memorial celebration will be announced in the near future by Burton Wintergreen Funeral Home, 2532 Norcross Road, Erie.
