June Gleichsner

June A. Gleichsner age 82, of Erie, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013 at St. Vincent Health Center.

She was born in Lakewood, NJ on June 30, 1930, daughter of the late Edwin E. and Hope Matthews Mohr.

She was a private duty LPN.

June was a devoted wife, mother and grandma, and her family was her life. She also enjoyed watching TV.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Linus Charles Gleichsner; a daughter, Cheri Braun Savoia and her husband Greg of Erie; two sons, Richard Braun of Erie and Robert Braun and his wife Lori of Erie; three step daughters, Carolyn West of CA, Mary DeVita and her husband Mike of Erie, and Pamela Wheeler and her husband Mike of Northeast; two step sons, Paul Gleichsner and his wife Lori of Northeast and Frederick Gleichsner and his wife Shelly of Erie; and three grandchildren, Aurora Braun, Alice Braun, and James Gravante Jr.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 602 W. 10th Street on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and are invited to attend a service there on Tuesday at 1:00 pm. with Rev. John Swindlehurst officiating. Burial in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
