Julie Baldwin

Julie A. Baldwin, age 54, of Sharon, PA died on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, following a lengthy illness.

She was born in Erie on September 4, 1963, a daughter of Paul Slupski (Debbie) and the late Nellie Mae Marshal.

She graduated from East High School and worked as a photographer for many years.

Julie was a foster parent to over 100 children over the years.  One of her greatest joys was being a grandmother and she enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting events.  She also enjoyed cross-stitching and was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler’s fan. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Nellie Mae Marshal.

In addition to her father, Paul Slupski, Julie is survived by three children; a son, Lance Baldwin and his wife Jenn, a daughter, LaNena Judd and her husband, Jeff and a son Gerald Baldwin and his wife Ashley; and nine grandchildren. She is also survived by siblings, Sharon Francis and her husband Murray, Shawn Slupski and his wife Valerie, Rhonda Caldwell and her husband Lonnie and Paula Slupski, Lauren Slupski, Matt Slupski as well as many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 602 West 10th Street, on Friday, June 22^nd, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Inurnment will be private in Erie County Memorial Gardens.
