Judith Quirk

Judith M. Quirk, age 79, of Erie, passed away, at home surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, March 19, 2021 at her residence.

Judith was born in Erie on August 14, 1941, a daughter of the late Robert and Virginia Kuffer Martin.

She was a graduate of Academy High School.  Judith’s family was her life and they were very dear to her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Kelly Ann Quirk and a grandson, Nick Quirk.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Albert Quirk, a daughter, Lynn Brown and her husband Gary, of Wattsburg, PA, a son, Michael Quirk and his wife, Mary, of Erie, four grandchildren, Andrea Yates and her husband Jorden, of Wattsburg, PA Cody Brown and his fiancée Jackie Crist, of Erie, Brittany Quirk of Oakdale, PA and Blake Quirk of Erie, and two great-grandchildren, Adilyn and Bennett Yates, of Wattsburg. She is further survived by a brother, Robert Martin and his wife Karen, of Freeland Washington and a sister, Jackie Rhodes, of Erie and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc., Wintergreen, 2532 Norcross Road, on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 11 a.m. until the time of service there at 1 p.m. with the Reverend Harry Johns, III. officiating. The service will be livestreamed for public viewing on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/BurtonQuinnScott. All CDC guidelines including wearing masks, social distancing and capacity limits will be followed.

Interment will take place in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank the VNA Hospice, especially Kate and Toni, for the loving care they gave to Judith.
