Judith Nelson

Judith K. Nelson, age 70, of Millcreek, died on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at her residence. She was born on June 3, 1943, in Erie, PA, a daughter of the late Paul and Helen Kuharsky.

A graduate of McDowell High School, Judith moved to Washington, D.C. and worked for the United States Naval Department at the Pentagon.

She was a member of St. Julia Church, enjoyed her dogs and flower arranging.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life, Commander Robert Andrew Nelson, US Navy, and her brother Paul Kuharsky, Jr.

Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Human Society of Northwestern Pennsylvania, P.O. Box 3930, Erie, PA 16508.
