Judith Baker

Judith Helene Baker, age 64, of Girard, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at her residence, following a brief illness with pancreatic cancer.

She was born in Cleveland, OH, May 18, 1956, a daughter of the late Donald and Sally Stern Gumins.

She was born and raised in Cleveland, and was a 1974 graduate of Charles F. Brush High School in Lyndhurst, OH and worked in the Home Health Care field. Judith loved animals, walks on the beach, gardening, and taking pictures. She also enjoyed buying and selling antiques. Her children and her family meant the world to her.

She is survived by her daughter, Jane Mitchell and her husband, Chris, of Montoursville, PA; her son, Michael Ludwick, of Frisco, TX; two sisters, Sue Bauer, of Dallas, TX and Darci Paulett and her husband, Thomas; a brother, David Gumins, all of Cleveland; a grandson, Benjamin Mitchell and several nieces.

Services were held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main St. Girard.
