Joseph Lawrence

Joseph “Pucho” Valentine Lawrence, age 61, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at this residence.

He was born on July 5, 1960, in Erie, a son of the late Jose Garcia and Rosalie Prindle Lawrence.

Before retiring Joseph worked with Local 207 as a Hazardous Materials specialist, after retirement he enjoyed spending time with family, socializing with many friends, playing cards, throwing darts and watching Sunday football games

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Sharon Lawrence.

Joseph will be forever missed by his children, Roman McAllister, Chrissy Laser, both of Erie, and Jessica Lawrence, of Pittsburgh; his siblings, Okey Lawrence, Anthony (Mary) Lawrence, Lisa (Rick) Gibbons, Ramona Mysnyk, and Gregory (Cammy) Lawrence; five grandchildren, Taylor, Hannah, Lily, Troy and Abigial; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; his estranged wife, Stephanie; three step-children; and too many friends to count.

Friends are invited to call on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services Inc Downtown, 602 W. 10^th St, Erie 16502. A service will be held there on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. with Father Shawn Clerkin officiating. Joseph will be laid to rest in the Erie Cemetery.
