He was born in Buffalo NY on November 3, 1945. He grew up in North Tonawanda, NY.
Attended North Tonawanda High School. He moved to Hockley, TX in 1980. He returned north in 2008 and settled in Fairview, PA where he married Carla (Smith) Mack. Skip was a truck driver all of his life, driving new car transports. He served in Vietnam in 1965. He was a volunteer at Santa’s Helpers in Erie since 2009. He loved to ride his two Harley Davidsons.
He is survived by his wife Carla Georgal, his son John Georgal and his wife Barbara of Wilson, NY; daughter, Terry Ellison and her husband Melvin Ellison of Perry, FL., son Brad Georgal and his wife Karen of Ransomville NY, son David Georgal of Hockley, TX, his brother Jack and wife Elli of Adrian, MI, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, West Ridge 3801 West 26th St., on Sunday, March 24th from 4 – 8PM and are invited to attend a graveside service on Monday, March 25th at Fairview Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. with full Military Honors.
