Joseph Biondi

     Joseph Alan Biondi, 49, of Erie, died Fri., March 14, 2014 following an extended illness.  He was born Oct. 21, 1964 in Erie, son of Sharon Dale Biondi and the late Joseph Angelo Biondi.  A 1983 graduate of McDowell High School, he was a glass glazier working for Ace Glass and Corporate Glass for many years.  Alan belonged to Erie Elks Lodge No. 67; was an Oakland Raider fan; enjoyed doing construction projects, remodeling, cooking, and wine making; and loved spending time with his two sons.
     In addition to his mother of Erie, survivors include his two sons, Ryan A. and Jason M. Biondi at home; brother, Gerald C. Biondi, Esq. of Tampa, FL; two uncles, Michael A. Biondi and wife Diane of Cicero, NY and Dennis P. Biondi and wife Barbara of Cocoa, FL; great-aunt, Irene Constantino of Erie; two great-uncles, Leonard Mroczkowski and Philip Biondi and wife Marge, both of Erie; and several cousins.
     Friends may attend a service at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Section 16, Wednesday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Richard A. Moyer officiating.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Scott Funeral Home, 2104 Myrtle St.
