John Louis Vannucci age 40, of Erie, died at home on November 23, 2013.
He was born in Erie, Pa. on April 14, 1973 a son of Richard L. and Debra A. (Schley) Vannucci.
John was a 1992 graduate of Harborcreek High School and worked as a machinist with Custom Engineering and Affinia Brake Parts.
He enjoyed bowling, fishing for steelhead, and was a religious Pittsburgh Steelers fan. At one time he enjoyed bowling and belonged to a league.
John was preceded in death by his sister Gretchen (Vannucci) Hoffman, paternal grandfather Richard Vannucci and maternal grandmother Marie “Mimi” Schley.
In addition to his wife Susie (Heidelberg-Dobbs) with whom he lived for 9 years . . . and was married to for 9 months; further survived by three children; Camilla Amorita, Mary-Gretchen Anjannetta, AnthonyJohnLouis. He also leaves a brother, Todd W. Vannucci, a nephew, Dominic Vannucci and a niece, Lillien Vannucci. A special adopted nephew, Jacob Rea and a special adopted niece Quinshawnia Johnson also survive.
Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 602 West 10th Street on Friday (the 29th) from four p.m. until the time of service at 8:00 p.m.
