Jaree Robert Warren, Sr., age 24, a resident of Erie, Pennsylvania, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014 at UPMC Hamot.
He was born February 11, 1990 in Erie, the son of Jennifer (Overton) Evans and Randall Warren.
Jaree attended East High School, and later enrolled in the barbering program at Tri-State. He was employed at AJ’s Barbering on Buffalo Road in Erie.
In 2013, Jaree reestablished his life with the Lord, and was baptized at Second Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Allen B. Green.
Jaree was a loyal father and adored his children. He loved to spend time with them, along with his family and friends. Jaree was truly a “Momma’s Boy.”
Jaree loved playing basketball, dancing, playing cards, and looking fresh.
He was a dedicated friend with a radiant smile.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Samuel “The Jet” Jethroe, a paternal grandfather, Robert Warren, a sister, Takiah Warren, and a cousin, Stevenson “JoKa” Jordan-Wayne.
In addition to his mother and father, Jaree leaves to cherish his memory a son, Jaree Robert “BeBe” Warren, Jr., a newborn daughter, Aris Jarae “ReRe” Warren, a stepson, Tremahj Thomas, his maternal grandmother, Elsie Overton, paternal grandmother, Lucretia Warren, his stepfather, Rodney Evans, three brothers: Randell Warren, Delton Williams, Jr. and Jyleek Evans, and two sisters: Randeza Warren and Jyah Evans. A host of half-brothers and sisters, Sylil, Khylil, Dhukumar, Divine KeAshza, and Riahanna Warren, a blended family of four stepbrothers, DaVonn Eady, DeAngelo Troop, Rodney and DaJour Evans, two stepsisters, Dabreia and Seante Evans, a niece Azyra Warren, three nephews, Dellquan, Rayquan, and Nyon Warren, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his true and faithful girlfriend, Teanna Thomas, whom he truly loved.
Jaree’s presence and smile will be missed by all who loved and adored him.
Friends may call at the Second Baptist Church, 757 East 26th Street, on Friday from 5 pm to 8 pm, and are invited to services there on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Allen B. Green officiating.
Interment in Erie Cemetery.
