Jamar Sanders

Jamar Sanders, age 36, of Erie, passed away Friday, November 12, 2021 at UPMC Hamot Hospital. He was born March 17, 1985 to Jasper Sanders, and Therese Brown.

Jamar graduated from East High School before attending Edinboro University. He loved drawing, listening, and playing music, especially the bass guitar. Jamar loved to ride, and draw roller coasters, he loved the culinary arts, and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Jamar is survived by his aunts and uncles, Brenda Johnson, Brian Atterbury, Nakia Pacley, Dora Gaines (Zach), DellaMae (George Hubbart), Willie Sanders Sr., Ester Davis, Dot Sanders, and Frank Sanders. He is further survived by his God Parents, Keith and Jackie Warren, and his cousin/sister, Kalisha Miller; Step grandmother Twila Johnson, three sisters, Aaliyah, A’shanique, Carrienasha Sanders.

Jamar is preceded in death by his maternal, and paternal grandparents, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Friends are invited to call on the family, Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Second Baptist Church 757 E 26th St. from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Clint Roberts officiating.
