Irene Heberlein Colvin, 85, formerly of East 34th Street, passed away on Saturday November 16, 2013 at her home in Erie. She was born in Erie on August 15, 1928, the daughter of the late Albert V. and Cecelia Klick Heberlein. Irene was a humble, gentle, compassionate woman who was deeply devoted to her faith, family and friends. Irene never complained and always put other people’s needs before her own. She would always greet you with a smile and would truly listen when you spoke. Irene had a quick wit, a great sense of humor and she loved to laugh. Irene will always be remembered as a treasured mom, grandma, aunt, sister and friend and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband C. James Colvin; two sisters, Rosemary Campbell and Doris Horrigan; and two brothers, Herbert L. Heberlein and Edwin C. Heberlein, and three infant children. She is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Stefnoski and her husband Douglas of Erie; four sons, Gerard J. Colvin of Erie, James J.
