Ila M. Jeffries

Ila M. Jeffries age 91, of Millcreek, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024 at LECOM Senior Living.

She was born in Olean, NY on August 18, 1932 a daughter of the late Leo and Doris Marks Ferry.

Ila enjoyed sewing, crocheting and doing crafts. She was an excellent homemaker and no matter when it was she would always ask “are you hungry”?

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Ron and Al Ferry.

She is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Jack C. Jeffries; two children, Debbie Miller and husband, Bob of Fl . and David Jeffries of Erie; three grandchildren, Jason and Lisa Miller and Beth and Sean Stevens both of Tampa, FL; two great-grandchildren, Angie and Emma Miller; two sisters, Darlene McCann of Kingsville, OH and Arlene Gilson of Erie and a brother, Glenn Ferry of Washington Township.

Private Burial was held at Laurel Hill Cemetery by the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, West Ridge 3801 W. 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506.
