Helen Miczo

Helen Miczo, age 91, of Millcreek, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2013 at Golden Living Center Western Reserve.

She was born in Westline, PA on April 14, 1921 the daughter of the late Frank and Eva Ledney Miczo.

Helen was a LPN and worked at Hamot Hospital as a medical records clerk.

She was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church. Helen enjoyed gardening and her retirement.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a son Theodore Miczo; four sisters, Anna and Mary Miczo, Elizabeth Letkiewicz and Pauline Wilson and seven brothers, John, Michael, George and Alexander Miczo, Peter, Charles and Frank Metzo.

She is survived by two sisters, Margaret Allard of Erie and Martha Leon, San José, CA, She is further survived by a grandson, a granddaughter, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews including Paul and Debbie Letkiewicz and Sean and Laura Letkiewicz both of Erie.

Friends may call at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home, 3801 West 26th Street (at Powell Avenue) on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m.

Private burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
