Helen Federicko

Helen M. (Carlson) Federico, age 97, formerly of Fairview, passed away May 17, 2016 in Leesburg, FL.

She was born in Erie, on November 9, 1918, a daughter of the late Alfred and Alma Sundock Carlson.

Helen graduated from Fairview High School and Erie Business School. She worked as an office manager at Hazer Daly Yeager Dress Shop in Erie and at Federico Industrial Design in Rochester, NY.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Federico and a brother, Charles Carlson.

Helen is survived by her brother, Melvin Carlson of Fairview and a sister in law, Dorothy Carlson. She is further survived by two step daughters, many nieces, nephews and step grandchildren.

No calling hours were observed. Private burial will be at Fairview Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
