Helen Douglas

Helen Petriscse (Petusky) Douglas age 88, formerly of Girard, passed away January 23, 2022 in Summerville, SC.

She was born on December 31, 1933 a daughter of the late George Petriscse (Petusky) Sr. and Eva Kaniscsak Petriscse (Petusky).

Helen was a member of the St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Erie, PA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel E. Douglas in 1994.

She is survived by her children, David George Douglas (Anjanet) of Virginia Beach, VA; Susan Douglas Amann (David) of St. Petersburg, FL; Paul Alan Douglas (Karen) of Line Peru and Mary Jane Douglas Metzger (Kevin) of Summerville, SC.  Also nine grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren

A private burial is schedule for the week at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Erie, PA.  Family and friends will be invited to attend a Memorial Service and celebration of her life in June of this year.
