Gloria Wilczynski

Gloria J. (Swanson) Wilczynski, age 83, of Erie passed away Friday, March 4, 2022 at UPMC Hamot. She was born February 18, 1939 in Erie the daughter of the late Ralph and Marietta (Harriger) Swanson.

Gloria was a 1957 graduate of Academy High School and had worked in the offices of Zurn Industries and Erie Technological Products. For 25 years she was a member of the Sweet Adelines and also enjoyed crafting. She and her husband Lenny enjoyed traveling, especially their trips to Las Vegas. She also was a former member of the Siebenbuerger Auxiliary

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Harriet DiGello and Delva Podmore along with two brothers, Ralph and John (Jack) Swanson.

Gloria is survived by her husband, Leonard Wilczynski with whom she celebrated their 43^rd wedding anniversary this past Valentine’s Day. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and their families.

Friends are invited to call at the Quinn Funeral Home, West 9^th & Liberty St. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM and are invited to attend Funeral Services there Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
