Gerald "Jerry" Majchrzak, age 70, of Millcreek, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2015 at Saint Vincent Health Center.
He was born on June 29, 1944 in Erie, PA son of the late John and Florence Botch Majchrzak, Sr.
He attended East High School and was employed at Ervite Corporation and Industrial Resisions Services.
Jerry enjoyed his pet cockatiels and loved playing the Mega Touch machine at the Last Shot Bar and Grill.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Frances, his daughter Denise Majchrzak, and four brothers John Jr., Casimer, Donald, and Edward.
Survivors include his wife Susan, two daughters Patricia (Jeff) Mysnyk and Stephanie (Scott) Yeager and of Erie, PA ; two step-daughters Kimberly Hanks (Tim O. ) and Angela Spohr (Stephan) and a step-son Kenneth Hanks (Jodi). Also surviving are three brothers Carl, Frank, and Bernie Majchrzak and three sisters Joanne Krawecki, Shirley Antinora (Ron), and Theresa Randall all of Rochester, NY.; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to call at Burton Westlake Funeral Home 3801 West 26th Street (at Powell Ave.) on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and may attend a service there on Saturday at 11:00a.m. with Fr. Michael DiMartinis officiating.
Burial in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
