Gary Harger

Gary E. Harger, age 44, of Erie, passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016 at UPMC Hamot.

He was born in Mt Pleasant, PA on February 25, 1972, the son of the late Harry Harger and Bertha Louise Hackett.

Gary graduated from Atlantic High School in Delray Beach, FL and earned a degree as a welder from Fortis Institute in 2012.

Gary enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved and adored his wife and three children.

Gary is survived by his wife of 6 years, Stephanie Floyd Harger, his sons, Cale and Aaron Harger and his daughter Alysha Floyd. He is further survived by three sisters, Lori Wiles, Jenny Hackett and Selina Harger as well as his step father, Gerard Hackett.

Friends may visit at the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 602 West 10th Street on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m..
