Freda Baldwin

Freda Mae Baldwin, age 88, of Greenfield, IN passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, June 27, 2021, at the Regency at South Shore in Erie, PA.  Freda was born May 3, 1933, in Maple, Texas to Fred and Ellie (Weathers) Warton.

She was predeceased by her parents Fred and Ellie Warton; her husband John C. Baldwin; her brothers, Bill, Marvin, JW, David and Bobby Warton; her sister Ruth Allen; and her grandchild Cody Bauer.

She is survived by her children John and Steve Baldwin, Sherry Bauer, and Doug Baldwin; her grandchildren, Shanda Baldwin, Miyoko Barham, Erika Kato, Brenda Keeping, Christy Gann, Matt Baldwin, Amanda Bogert, and Corey Bauer; and her great grandchildren, Micah and Mason Barham, Taylor Smith, Hogan and Bryce Keeping, Chris and Samantha Thigpen, and Cody Bogert.

Freda lived a beautiful long life, was loved by many, and will be missed by all who her spirit touched.  Many who knew her will especially miss her infamous cookies and companionship at water aerobics, speed walking, cooking together, and just chatting. We celebrate her life and the time we had with her and now rejoice as she is with Jesus in Heaven.

In lieu of sending flowers, the family asks you consider donations to the Hospice Foundation of America in Freda’s name.
