Felecia Nicole Skala age 31, of Erie passed away unexpectedly on October 18, 2017 at her residence.
She was born in Erie on February 11, 1986 a daughter of Thomas Eugene Dick (Cindi Farbo) and Hillary Anne Skala.
She attended Summit High School in Colorado and went on to receive her BA degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of South Florida.
Felecia worked as a Marketing Coordinator for Datex, Inc.
She was a loving daughter, mom, cousin and friend, she will be missed by all who knew her. Through all of her struggles with so many health issues she was the strongest person, a courageous warrior for her son. She fought long and hard. She is now at peace.
Felecia loved doting on her son and enjoyed art, music and giving to others.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Paul Skala and a step grandfather William Steinbrenner.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Kylor Skala; maternal grandmother, Mary Steinbrenner; uncle, Pete Skala (Jen Ferrigno); aunt, Holly Skala (Doug Villella); paternal grandparents, James Sr. and Fern Dick; paternal uncles, James Dick Jr. and Greg Dick (Holly); and 4 cousins, Amanda Sidman, Anthony Villella, Caidin Ferrigno and Simone Ferrigno.
Friends may call at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home 3801 W. 26th Street (at Powell Ave) on Monday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m until 7pm.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family for her son in care of the Burton Westlake Funeral Home.
