Elizabeth Giannamore

Elizabeth C. “Tootsie” Giannamore, age 84, of Erie, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 surrounded by her children. 

She was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 19, 1933 a daughter of the late Joseph and Christina Tempesta.

Elizabeth was a devoted Catholic and was a loving mother and grandmother.  She also loved gardening and her animals.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph Giannamore in 1977 and three brothers, Frank, Vincent and Aldo Tempesta.

She is survived by two daughters, Susan C. Huber and Esther Giannamore, two sons, Anthony V. Giannamore and Joseph J. Giannamore, two grandchildren, Paige and Vanessa Huber all of Erie, and a sister, Anna Mitchetti of Philadelphia, PA. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Friends are invited to attend a service at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home, 3801 West 26^th Street, (at Powell Avenue,) on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
