Edmund Kotoski

Edmund B. Kotoski, age 93, of Erie, passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Edinboro Manor.  He was born on February 21, 1925 in Instanter, PA, a son of the late John C. and Sophia G. Sliwinski Kotoski.

Edmund was a bartender at Sophia’s Tavern, where he retired from after many years of service.  He was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Church.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, John J. and Robert C. Kotoski and a nephew, David Kotoski.

Edmund is survived by his sister, Barbara (Peter) Maracci, of McKean and his nieces, Stephanie and Felicia Kotoski and Lori Renick and nephews, Kenneth and Garret Maracci, and their families.

Friends may attend a funeral mass at St. Jude the Apostle Church, 2801 West 6^th St., Erie on Thursday August 16th at 2:00 p.m.  Burial with full military honors will follow at Calvary Cemetery.  Arrangements are entrusted to Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 602 W. 10^th St., Erie.
