Dorothy L. Friend

Dorothy L. Friend, age 91, of Erie, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2024. Wife of 35 years to Felix Randy Friend whom she married on February 24, 1967. Mother of Donna Mann of Erie and Peggy Beerbower of Erie, Paul Friend and his wife, Ann, of East Springfield.

She is further survived by 29 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Fred and Callie Slark, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Randy Friend; first husband, William Thomas Smith and daughter, Mary Smith.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services Inc. Downtown, 602 West 10th Street, on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 from 10 am until the time of the service at 11am. Burial to follow in Erie County Memorial Gardens.
