Doris Baranello

     Doris Ann Wisinski Baranello, 65, of Webster, NY, died on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, following a brief illness.  She was born on April 11, 1952, in Erie, Pa., daughter of Lucille Peterson Wisinski of Erie and the late Michael Wisinski.  She attended Blessed Sacrament Grade School and graduated from St. Benedict Academy, both in Erie.  Doris worked as project manager for a variety of companies in Rochester, NY, including, EDS, HP, and Xerox.  She attended Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Webster, NY and enjoyed traveling with friends and family, gardening, and walking with friends.

     She was preceded in death by her father.

     In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, Scott Baranello and wife Rosalia of Victor, NY and Josh Baranello of Webster, NY; three sisters, Diane Wisinski and her daughter Amelia, Deborah Wisinski and Patricia Wisinski, all of Erie; a brother, Michael Wisinski and wife Carol and their daughter Kendra of Charlottesville, VA; two grandsons,  Nicholas and Gino Baranello of Victor, NY; niece and nephew, David and Nikki Butler; a special cousin, Sharon Diringer and husband Dave of Webster, NY; and many additional cousins.

          Friends may attend a graveside service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Section 6, Erie, on Saturday, March 31, 2018, at 11 a.m.  The Rev. Erik Young of St. John's Lutheran Church, Erie, will officiate.  Local arrangements are being handled by the Scott Funeral Home, 2104 Myrtle Street.
