Doretta Hubert

Doretta (Dee) Barbara Hubert, age 93, fell asleep in death on April 5, 2022. She was born to the late John C. Curry and Gertrude M. Flick on July 25, 1928 in Erie, PA. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Harold W. George, Richard E. Hubert, and her dearly beloved companion of many years Paul R. Blossey Sr. A brother Vernon L. Curry, granddaughter Stephanie Anne (Crone) Overholts, nephew Johnathon M. Curry, and her lifelong friend Betty Williams.

Dee is survived by her sons, Harold C. George (Donna), Vernon L. (Susan), and Loran A. (Pam), grandchildren David George (Jessica), John George, Chelsea Good (Justin). She is further survived by her great grandchildren, Sean Overholts (Amanda), Gregory (Savannah), and Zachary, Brighten, Brinley, Barrett Good, and Alaina George. Dee is survived by her great- great grandchildren, Graycen, Payton, Weston, Liam, and Nico Overholts, her sister Norma Jean Corbin (Harry), a nephew Gregory Corbin (Anna) of Los Angeles, CA, and a niece Lynn Morin.

She loved being on Zoom for the public talks, and Watchtower studies on Sunday morning with the Asbury Heights Congregation. She was grateful for the friendships and compassion extended to her.

Dee was a very classy and creative lady, she loved to travel in her healthier years. She enjoyed seeing her grandchildren grow in Facebook through photos and personal visits whenever she could. She loved watch and every one of them. Mom, Grandma Dee will be greatly missed.

Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Service Inc. Westridge, 3801 West Ridge Road.
