Donna Pattison Olverson

Donna Pattison Olverson age 93, of Erie, died Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Manchester Commons.

Born in Lowville, PA on March 17, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Ray and Peggie Stuyvesant Brumagin.

She was a stay at home Mom and a foster Mother, who had 199 foster kids over a 50 year period.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two husbands, Kenneth Pattison and James H. Olverson; two sons, Kent and Brent Pattison; two brothers, Donald and Herbert Brumagin, and two sisters Virginia Perkins and Vivian Alexander.

She is survived by a daughter, Kim K. Pattison, and her son Noel Pattison-Furtado; a son, David Olverson, his wife Steffanie, and their two daughters, Erin and Claire. She is further survived by grandchildren Ty Pattison and Tracy Hicks, a number of great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Burton Wintergreen Funeral Home, 2532 Norcross Rd. on Thursday, May 7th from 5 to 8 pm, and are invited to a service there on Friday at 1 pm with Rev. Daniel Laird officiating. Burial will be in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
