Donald Evans

Specialist Donald Alan Evans age 22, of Erie passed away unexpectedly January 28, 2013 on Fort Benning Military Base in Georgia.

He was born in St Petersburg, FL on October 3, 1990, the son of David Wayne Evans of Hudson, FL and Patty Biddlestone Evans of Erie.

Donnie was a graduate and a certified welder from Tri State Institute. He was proud to be currently serving in the United States Army.

He worked at the Erie Maennerchor Club for many years putting himself through school. Donnie enjoyed playing football and was an avid Miami Dolphin's Fan.

In addition to his parents he is survived by a sister, Cassandra Evans of Erie; two brothers, Hunter T. and Chase E. Evans all of Hudson, FL; grandparents, Shirley and Tim Bush and Thomas Allen Biddlestone all of Erie; two aunts, Donna Grass of FL and Cammy Biddlestone of Erie; his favorite uncle, Tombo Biddlestone of Erie; two cousins and best friends Cory and Abby Biddlestone; life long best friends, David Landis of Terre Haute, IN and Jon Ledford of Newport Richie, FL.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 602 W 10th Street, Erie, Pa 16502 on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. and are invited to attend services there on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with full military honors.
