Dolores Dana

Dolores Pursell Dana, age 91, of Erie, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 17, 2023.

She was born in Erie, on July 18, 1931, the daughter of the late Roy and Gladys Keep Pursell.

Mrs. Dana worked at Port Erie for seventeen years as a machine operator.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Dana, Sr., a son, Warner J. Dana; three brothers, Robert Pursell, Roy Pursell, and Norman Pursell; and a sister, Edna Hale.

Dolores is survived by a son, Robert L. Dana, Jr. (Kathleen), of Lake City; two daughters, Rene Malena, of Erie, and Michelle Carnes (James), of Edinboro; one brother, Charles Pursell, of Fairview; 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren.

Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at the Burton Quinn Scott Funeral Home, West Ridge, 3801 West 26^th Street, Erie PA 16506, on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Lake Fire Department, 3762 West Lake Road, Erie PA 16505.
