Dianne C. Lyle

Dianne C. Lyle, age 67, of Erie, passed away peacefully at home on January 8, 2024, surrounded by family.

She was born in Warren, PA on October 11, 1956, a daughter to the late James R. and Carol A. (Scott) Lyle.

Dianne attended Warren Area High school for most of her education and graduated from Fort Lebouf High School. She retired from the Veteran Affairs Medical Center as a Health Technician. Dianne cherished time spent with family, especially around the holidays. She enjoyed cooking and baking, her peanut butter fudge will surely be missed. She enjoyed nature, walks with her son Colby, gardening, and crocheting. Dianne held a special place in her heart for animals, from her cats and birds to butterflies and all animals in between. Her heart is her home and her home is her heart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Kurt J. Lyle.

Dianne is survived by her daughter, Jewelee Liddell (Thomas) and son, Colby L. Roos; grandson, Tyler Lyle (Andrea Graham); as well as her 3 beloved cats, Izzy, Neeko, and Hobie. She is further survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Allegheny General Hospital, St. Vincent Hospital, especially her nurse, Cameron, as well as the staff of AseraCare Hospice, Kristen, Jan, and Darla for their care during her time at each facility.

Friends and family are invited to call at the Burton Quinn-Scott Funeral Home, West Ridge, 3801 West 26^th St., Erie on Friday, January 12, 2024 from 5 until 7 pm.
