Diana Wassil

Diana Louise Wassil age 58, of Erie, passed away quietly at home on Friday, July 22, 2016. She was born in Erie on March 4, 1958 a daughter of the late Lawrence and Dorothy Hetman Wassil. Diana was a graduate of Tech Memorial High School and continued a life of learning through her love of reading. She was also a great lover of animals. She is survived by two brothers; Lawrence ”Lee” Wassil of Erie, and Gary Wassil of Cleveland, OH. She also leaves a sister and best friend, Deborah Wassil-Gorman of Willoughby, OH and seven nieces and nephews; Stacy Kettelson, Steven Wassil, Kevin Gorman, Denise Casey, Nicole Marie Wassil, Roxanne Lee Wassil and Andrea Sarah Wassil. Services were private at the families convenience. Memorials may be made in Diana’s memory to the A.N.N.A. Shelter, 1555 East 10th Street, Erie, PA 16511.
