Deloris Bunting

Deloris Pearl “Grammy” Bunting, age 93, passed away April 16, 2016 in Erie, PA.

Born May 10, 1922 in Jamestown, NY. She was the daughter of the late Merle M. Sanborn and Violet A. Lawson Sanborn. She was preceded in death by 3 husbands; William Harvey McStraw, George Tranum and Ross Bunting. Also preceded in death were two brothers; Edward and Harry Sanborn.

She was very artistically talented and in the craft business for many years. She enjoyed traveling seeing most of the U.S., gardening, canning, crossword puzzles, scrabble, bingo, cards with family, and an occasional visit to the casino.

Surviving are her fiancé, Paul Warner; three children; William H. McStraw, Jr. (Ursula), Lakewood, CO; Jeanette Otteni (Larry), Erie, PA; and Bonnie Stephenson, Mt. Nebo, WV. Seven grandchildren: William D. McStraw (Shari), Timothy McStraw, Susan Archuleta (Todd), Sherry Post, Julie Whelpley (William), Darin Otteni (Ilene), Judy Kidwell (Denzel). Eleven Great Grandchildren; Travis, Austin, Cody, Marshall McStraw; Cara and Ryan Sullivan; Andrew and Matthew Locke; Justine Otteni; Paul Pownall (Nichole) and Barbara Cooley (Michael). Two Great Great Grandchildren; Keyontae Clay and Kendall Cooley.

Also surviving are five sisters: Ethyl Peters, Mabel Tranum, Joan Pattison, Joann Below and Kay Coy.
