David Shreve

David Richard Shreve, Jr., age 38, of Erie, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2015.

He was born in Erie on March 11, 1977, a son of David Richard Shreve, Sr. and Sally (Higley) Shreve.

David worked as a handyman and loved to help people and fix things. David also loved to help out his neighbors in the community. He was also a loving and caring father and adored his children. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

In addition to his parents David is survived by four children, Logan Wadding, Haleigh Shreve, Keegan Shreve, and 11 month old baby Loretta Shreve, his fiancée, Gerri Skwaryk and eight siblings, Michael and Nicholas Merriam, Joshua Zeitler, Eric, Ashley, Heather, and Holly Shreve and Jennifer Agnello. Many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 602 West Tenth Street, Erie on Friday from 4pm until the time of the memorial service at 6pm.
