David “Dae-Dae” Pullium, Jr. age 24, of Erie, passed away unexpectedly on July 28, 2013.
He was born July 7, 1989 in Erie, PA son of Charmaine Williams and David Pullium, Sr.
David was a graduate of Strong Vincent High School and attended Mercyhurst Northeast. He was a member of the Victory Christian Center, where he was an active member of God’s Gangsters (Christian men’s group) and was employed by Community Health Net and Tri Tech.
Dae-Dae was a loving and caring parent who truly enjoyed; spending quality time with his children, being with family and friends, watching football (Dallas COWBOYS’ fan), listening to music, wearing the latest fashionable designs (Express clothing and Dallas Cowboys’ gear). He was especially good at putting smiles on others’ faces just with his infectious and vibrant smile. He will be truly missed by everyone who came in contact with him especially his family.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather Ernest Pullium; two great-grandfathers Grady Lofton and JD Williams; two great-grandmothers Bessie Lofton and Emma Williams.
In addition to his parents, Dae-Dae leaves to cherish his memory to fiancée Chatiqua Keyes-Carr (her mother, Phyllis Carr and sister, Megan Overton); three daughters Dae-Aionna, Dae-Veonna, Chimére Pullium all of Erie, PA; two sons Dae-Veon Pullium of Erie, PA and Dae-Qwan Pullium of Atlanta, GA; five sisters Sheena Buckner, Monique Simmons, Dae-Aionna Jones, and Latrese Roberts all of Erie, PA, Alexus Johnson of Atlanta, GA; three brothers Deandre Williams and Jordan and Demetrius Pullium all of Erie, PA; maternal grandparents Emma Louise (Billy) Moffett and James (Shirley) Williams of Erie, PA; paternal grandmother Vernice Pullium; step-father Jermaine Warren; godmother Carrietta Carpenter; several god sisters, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Other significant and influential people involved in Dea-Dae’s life are Adrian Williams and Stephanie Lofton (aunts), Leslie and James Williams (uncles) and Shayquanna Williams, Alisha Smith and Shamira Spearman.
Friends are invited to call at the Word of Life Christian Center, 660 Hess Ave, on Sunday from 4:00 until 8:00 pm and are also invited to attend the Home Going Service there on Monday at 1:00 pm with Bishop Dwane Brock officiating.
Burial will follow in Erie Cemetery.
