Dash Joseph Makowski, age 21 days, passed away Thursday July 25, 2013 at Pittsburgh Childrens Hospital.

Dash was born July 4th, 2013 son of Joseph Steven and Amy Rose Makowski. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents Thomas Makowski and Sally McGuire; his maternal grandparents James and Sherry Wnukowski and many aunts and uncles.

Private arrangements with burial in Laurel Hill Cemetery are under the care of Burton Westlake Funeral Home 3801 West 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506.
