Darlene Lynn Teed

Darlene Lynn (Hoover) Teed of Albion, PA was called home on Sunday morning March 26, 2023, at the age of 60. She was born on August 6, 1962, in Erie PA, a daughter of the late Robert and Lila Hoover. 

Darlene was a 1980 graduate of Northwestern High School and attended Edinboro University.  She always had the biggest heart and was very sentimental. Her family was her whole life, and she took pride in being their homemaker. She was blessed to be surrounded by her family the last week she was here on Earth. She absolutely loved being a Grandma and having her grandkids around her. She was a well-known, active member of her community, and belonged to the Albion Nazarene Church. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents Cleveland and Madeline Hoover and Ethel Brookhouser and Nellis Ploss. As well as her beloved dog Chloe, and her grand dog KissyFur.

She is survived by her three daughters, Crystal Manion (Dylan) of Rock Hill, SC, Ashley Hosack (Brandon), and Marissa Teed both of Albion, PA, and their father Dennis (Karen) Teed of Albion, PA, her precious grandchildren Liam, Madison, Wyatt, and Lincoln. Along with Koby, Millie, Princess, and GreyFur her grandfur babies. In addition to her daughters and grandchildren, she is survived by her four sisters: Diane, Debbie, Denise “Dede”, Donna, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. 

Arrangements entrusted to Burton Funeral Home 525 Main Street East, Girard. To honor Darlene’s wishes, there will be no visitations or funeral service.
